The Memphis Grizzlies outscored the Mavericks by 10 points in the fourth quarter to secure a 112-108 victory at home. David Roddy scored 24 points, including 17 in that span. But Roddy and company turned things around late to take control of it for good in the fourth. It was an intensely difficult battle for Dallas given that they were playing without two of their best players and top scorers in the NBA; they are just 12-21 on the road this year and 22-13 at home. Irving should return but don’t count on Doncic returning due to a thigh strain. With these results under their belt, Dallas now stands at 34-34 on the year and eighth place in Western Conference standings.
