2023 RBC Heritage PGA Tour Odds, Analysis and Prediction

The 2023 RBC Heritage will be played at Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head, South Carolina. This par 71 course measures 7,121 yards and offers ten holes with water hazards and tree lined fairways that require precision off the tee. Furthermore, Pete Dye designed this course with small bermuda grass greens which can be challenging to hit from rough. Here are the golfers you should consider betting and the top golf betting picks

2023 RBC Heritage: Matt Kuchar (+5000)

Matt Kuchar enters this week’s RBC Heritage with two consecutive top nine finishes, including his third place result at the 2023 Valero Texas Open two weeks prior. According to the 2023 RBC Heritage field, Kuchar ranks 10th in greens in regulation (GIR), fifth in strokes gained approach and third in tee-to-green distance. Furthermore, Kuchar has shown his worth when it comes to past event/course form at nine events since 2014 at RBC Heritage; six top 11 finishes including a win at 2014 RBC Heritage.

Patrick Cantlay (+1200)

Last year, Cantlay fell short to Jordan Spieth in a playoff, marking his 4th top-10 finish and third top-5 here at Harbour Town. Although his odds for making the cut aren’t particularly favorable for a top-5, with three such finishes already under his belt it could be worth betting.

Collin Morikawa (+1800)

Morikawa will find this course to be ideal, as it requires accuracy off the tee and into greens. After finishing in the top 10 at the Masters, his best finish in three attempts has been 7th here in 2021 – making him a likely favorite to win this week.

Sungjae Im (+2800)

Im is an elite ball striker who excels on courses where scores dip deep into red territory. In his last 2 starts at RBC Heritage, he tied for 13th and 21st respectively, showing why Harbour Town could be such a good fit for him. Last week at Masters he finished 16th – making it his third consecutive top 25 finish this season.

Cameron Young (+2200)

Last year, Young tied for 3rd in his tournament debut using long irons and fairway woods instead of his driver. Following a 7th-place finish at the Masters and being named runner-up at WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play, Young has been on an incredible run ever since beating Paul Tesori to it.

Tom Kim (+4000)

Kim won the Wyndham Championship last year at Sedgefield, which is 10 yards longer than Harbour Town and features similar-sized greens. Therefore, this could be Kim’s chance for a top 10 finish; with such attractive odds to reach that milestone, he may very well end up triumphant here.

Tommy Fleetwood (+7500)

Last year, Fleetwood tied for 10th at Harbour Town and finished 25th this year; thus his success at Harbour Town is well documented. Furthermore, he ranks 12th in SG: tee-to-green rankings which may be the most telling statistic going into this event.

Russell Henley (+4500)

Last week, Henley tied for 4th at the Masters, continuing his impressive season. Additionally, he earned a top-20 finish at the Players Championship by finishing tied for 19th, using his impressive iron play to pepper greens and create birdie opportunities – giving himself two top 10 finishes in nine appearances here.

Gary Woodland (+15000)

Woodland has only played here twice, both times making the cut. Unfortunately, his best finish was T-62 both times. At Augusta he looked composed and is hitting his irons well 20th in SG: approach.

Corey Conners (+5000)

After missing the cut at the Masters, Conners returned to us here with 3 straight top-25 finishes in this event and his status as one of the world’s top iron players. He should be primed for a comeback performance at Harbour Town.
